What file formats are included in my purchase?
All Akoya Mockups include high-resolution PSD files with smart objects for easy editing, as well as high-quality JPG and PNG versions for quick previews.
How do I receive my digital files after buying?
Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads at any time through your account dashboard.
Can I use these mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use the mockups for both personal and commercial projects, including social media marketing, portfolio displays, and client presentations.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team and we will resolve it.
Do I need the latest version of Photoshop to use these?
Our mockups are optimized for Adobe Photoshop CC. While they may work with older versions or alternative software like Affinity Photo, we recommend the latest Creative Cloud version for full feature compatibility.
Are the background elements and colors customizable?
Most of our premium mockups feature isolated objects and adjustable background layers, allowing you to change colors or textures to perfectly match your brand aesthetic.
